Programs
Oregon Entrepreneurs Network programs help innovative businesses across Oregon and Southwest Washington turn promising ideas into thriving companies.
Through the Angel Oregon Capital Readiness program, founders build the knowledge and connections to pursue funding, while the Angel Oregon Investing program connects investors with opportunities to support emerging businesses.
Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Assistance helps innovators navigate non-dilutive federal funding opportunities to advance research, development, and commercialization.
Together, these programs strengthen the region’s entrepreneurial ecosystem by connecting founders with the education, capital, and resources they need to grow.
Angel Oregon Capital & Funding Literacy

Since its launch in the late 1990s, Oregon Entrepreneurs Network Angel Oregon has evolved from an annual investor pitch event into a five-week Capital & Funding Literacy program that helps early-stage founders across Oregon and Southwest Washington prepare to raise capital and grow their businesses.
Through industry-focused programs in Technology, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Life & Bioscience, founders gain practical funding knowledge, investor feedback, and valuable connections to help them navigate the funding landscape and prepare for what’s next.
