Jack Kuo was devouring a bag of brand name cheese puffs when he started reading the ingredient label. A food science major and snack food addict, Kuo was in the habit of perusing labels, and this one wasn’t pretty. He decided he could build a better puff, and the idea for Fuller Foods, maker of gourmet cheesy puffs, was born.
