A commercial lease is an enforceable contract between tenant and landlord, but it takes a two-way discussion to get it right for both parties. That sounds intimidating, but both sides look for a long-term, stable agreement. Your circumstances and your leasing negotiations are unique to you. Assume nothing when it comes to leasing questions, if “it’s not in writing, it has not been said.”
In this webinar:
Learn how to be fully prepared before entering into lease negotiations.
Learn to ask for what you want and what you will settle for before you sign anything. If you don’t ask, you won’t get it.
Hear about the different stages of negotiations.
You will get the opportunity to ask questions, and you will also learn how to request a meeting with a SCORE certified mentor to help you navigate your specific case.

About this Event
Building a business is rewarding, and hard! Jovani Prince knows this well, as a stay at home dad building the cracker king. He recently spoke to PSU Business students about the realities of starting and running a business. The realities that aren’t taught, that people don’t tell business owners. The time with Jovani will be insightful and a great time to ask questions and network. This will relate to everyone – we love to buy and be consumers, and don’t often know what the person who runs a company goes through to get a product to you. Many of you are stay at home parents and are working. Whether or not your own or run a business, we’re all part of communities that depend on local businesses.
The event is at 4pm on zoom with time for networking and engaging in Q&A.
Please consider a donation. Last year we raised over $500 for Brown Hope! We let presenters choose an organization. You help us do great things beyond the events!
The Cracker King’s mission is to provide healthy on the go snack food for the people. We produce our handcrafted crackers in small batches ensuring all of our products meet high standards of taste and quality! We currently sell out Brand throughout the Pacific Northwest and California. Please visit the cracker king for in-depth information. And watch here’s a video of Jovani and Amanda O’Bourne on the news!
