Cindy Curtis-Rivera leads this interactive discussion:
This webinar from the facilitator’s “Lens Shift Lab” series focuses on the power of alignment in business decision-making. The facilitator guides participants through understanding what alignment means, why it’s crucial for business success, and introduces a practical Multi-Lens Decision Matrix tool to help evaluate ideas and solutions while staying true to organizational mission, vision, and values.
Here is what you’ll learn:
When your actions, words, values, and strategies work together toward a common purpose, it brings clarity to decision-making processes. This reduces choice overload and helps teams move from brainstorming to implementation more effectively.
Internal alignment among team members creates trust, and when your external actions match your stated values, it builds credibility with customers, suppliers, and partners. People can see that you practice what you preach.
This practical tool helps evaluate potential solutions by considering alignment with mission, vision, and values alongside factors like cost, risk, and ripple effects across different areas of the business. It’s designed to identify opportunities where efforts will have the biggest impact.
Replays are available with full captions and transcripts. You’ll get the chance to unlock the full workshop replay after signing up for the live session.
