This seminar will include the 3 main areas/topics you should focus on when starting a business and building up a brand: entity formation, contracts and trademarks. We will discuss why formalizing your situation is important. You may be wondering what that process looks like. Perhaps you are offering a service but you don’t have a contract yet that lays out all the rules on. how you are going to provide that service and how you are getting paid. We will talk about why having a contract is important and the type of provisions you should include when providing a service. Finally, if you are investing in your brand, we will talk about the kind of protection you can give your business name and logo through the trademark process.
