Industry: Health

You spend so much of life trying to become better.
A better leader.
A better colleague.
A better partner.
A better parent.
A more confident, creative, resilient version of yourself.

But what if becoming better isn’t always about adding more?

What if some of what you need is already there—and you’ve simply become too busy, stressed, distracted, or guarded to access it?

Work Hard. Laugh Harder. is an immersive experience designed to bring those parts of ourselves back to the surface.

Through humor, storytelling, play, conversation, and unexpected moments of connection, you’ll explore how laughter can help us lower our defenses, connect more deeply, take creative risks, navigate pressure, and show up more authentically—at work and beyond it.

This isn’t a conference where you sit quietly while experts tell you how to live.

You’ll participate. You’ll laugh. You’ll connect. You’ll experiment and you’ll leave with practical tools you can actually use Monday morning—and Sunday dinner.

Because the ultimate goal isn’t simply to create better workplaces.

It’s to become more human inside them.

And everywhere else.

The outcomes
I’d resist the temptation to promise twelve things. Four memorable transformations are stronger.

CONNECT MORE DEEPLY
Break through the routines and defenses that keep relationships superficial, and learn simple ways to create greater trust, presence, and belonging.

CREATE MORE COURAGEOUSLY
Use humor and play to quiet the fear of being wrong, experiment more freely, and access creativity that pressure and perfectionism often bury.

REFRAME THE HARD STUFF
Develop practical ways to interrupt stress, shift perspective, recover from mistakes, and respond more intentionally when life doesn’t follow the script.

SHOW UP MORE FULLY
Rediscover the confidence, authenticity, humor, and humanity already within you—and bring more of yourself into your leadership, relationships, work, and life.

About Your Host
Stefano Iaboni is a professional speaker, experiential facilitator, and lifelong performer who helps organizations use laughter, connection, and practical stress-reset tools to build healthier and more engaged workplaces.

After nearly three decades of performing comedy around the world, Stefano now combines storytelling, physical comedy, workplace learning, and audience participation to create professional-development experiences people actually remember.

His work is practical, highly interactive, and built around a simple belief:

When people feel safe enough to laugh, participate, and be human, they connect more deeply—and work better together.

Space Is Limited
Work Hard Laugh Harder is intentionally limited to approximately 45 participants.

This smaller format allows everyone to participate, meet other attendees, and leave with more than a tote bag and a collection of business cards they will rediscover six months later.

Reserve your seat and join a room full of people working to make the workplace more connected, engaging, and human.
