This program will help you be in full compliance with a whole host of US export/import regulations. You will know the proper standards by which to determine origin and begin to label the origin of your items. Most companies are using the incorrect values on their commercial invoices, EEI’s and other documents to “help” a foreign customer. Learn how to properly handle valuations on drop shipments, samples, warranties, repairs and replacements for customs purposes. Come and learn about how to properly document country of origin as well.
This event features Mike Allocca, professional export education instructor, President of Allocca Enterprises, and past Chair of the National District Export Council’s Outreach and Education Committee.
With more than 25 years of experience, Mike’s expertise in educating others about import/export compliance has won him multiple awards including the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Presidential Excellence in Export Services Award.
Event Cost: $85 to register. Additional participants from the same company can register for $50.
