Raghu Raghavan was part of the early team at Mentor Graphics that helped guide the Wilsonville-based microchip-design software company to its 1984 initial public offering. Then in 1998 he co-founded and built San Bruno, California-based Responsys, a marketing cloud software and services company. Though he left the company prior to its 2011 IPO, Raghavan gets credit for assembling the team that guided it to public markets. Now he’s on the verge of doing again.
