The offices for Portland-based Digital Trends, a consumer-technology publisher, wouldn’t look out of place in a luxury-home listing. The company has expanded its lease in the U.S. Bancorp Tower, and it’s added a 6,000-square-foot editorial testing facility that includes a full bathroom, a laundry room, a kitchen with quartz countertops and a gas range, and a home theater complete with posters on the walls.
