OEN Venture Catalyst Network brings coaches to you
OEN supports a network of mobile coaches called Venture Catalysts that serve entrepreneurs across the state. Venture Catalysts are located in Central Oregon (at Economic Development for Central Oregon-EDCO), Southern Oregon (at Southern Oregon Regional Economic Development Inc.-SOREDI), the Willamette Valley (at Regional Accelerator & Innovation Network-RAIN), Washington County and in the Mid-Valley region (at SEDCOR for Marion, Polk, Yamhill counties). The Venture Catalysts are experienced entrepreneurs with investment experience who provide the following services:
- Assessment of business needs: Meeting initially with you to assess your business needs and provide introductions to appropriate resources or recommend next steps in your development process.
- Educational programming: Leading PubTalks and other educational programs to increase your know-how and provide an opportunity to network with the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.
- Coaching and mentoring: Assisting companies that have honed their concept and are on a path to launch.
- Investor-ready assistance: Helping to hone your investment pitch and make introductions to appropriate capital resources
