Ethics is a philosophical discipline that helps us to think through the potential consequences of our actions. A machine cannot be held morally accountable for a system’s outcomes, but a person can be. Our presenter has worked in ethics and machine learning system design for Vulcan, ASAPP, PARC/SRI, and Intel.
