The Holiday Sales Engine is a one-day, in-person workshop built for consumer-facing brands who are ready to stop scrambling and start selling this holiday season.

Together, we’ll map out your entire Q4 promo strategy — including Black Friday to New Year’s Day — email sequences, social content, and in-store (in-person) activations. You’ll get hands-on with calendars, templates, swipe files, and ChatGPT prompts to streamline your planning and content creation.

Whether you’re a solopreneur or part of a small team, this workshop will help you walk away with a clear, launch-ready campaign — and the confidence to execute it.
