OEN Startup Scavenger Hunt and Mixer Reminder
Hi there,
We’re looking forward to seeing you at OEN’s Startup Scavenger Hunt & Mixer tomorrow! Special thanks to our friends at DeskHub for hosting this event with us.
Here are some details about where to be and when, along with how the hunt will work:
Where: The event will start and end at DeskHub, 344 NW 11th Ave, Portland 97209
When: Arrive by 1:00pm
The Hunt: You will be on a team of 4-5 people. The Hunt will last from 1:30 – 3:00 p.m.
After the Hunt: Return to DeskHub by 3:00pm for drinks, snacks and the announcement of the winner! Folks from the companies you will have met on the Hunt will be there too.
A few other notes:
– All our stops are either in the Pearl or Downtown and are walkable from DeskHub. Wear comfy shoes and dress for the weather.
– We will be using social media and an app called GooseChase to facilitate the Hunt. Please come with a fully charged mobile device!
Remember, there are many ways to “win” the hunt – they include: having fun, meeting new people, and learning about resources and companies and how they can help you.
We are excited to spend a fun Friday afternoon together and have our fingers and toes crossed for no rain. If you have any questions, let us know!
