Archiving company Smarsh is tapping seasoned Portland tech executive Allen Muhich as its chief financial officer. Muhich was most recently CFO at Hillsboro-based Radisys but also has experience working in financial roles for Tripwire, Tektronix, Merix Corp. and Xerox. Smarsh, long one of Portland’s high profile software startups, has seen a renewed focus on growth since its ownership changed hands from Dell to Toba Capital.
