Learn about the composition and labeling requirements of the National Organic Program (NOP) for farmers, processors and handlers. This webinar is the first part of a two-part series. Part one will explore the resources necessary for producing and representing products compliant to the 100% Organic and Organic categories of the NOP. These resources include the NOP standard, NOP handbook, Oregon Tilth compliance tools and interpretation of the resources as they apply to the topic. Examples of what will be covered under these resources are the 300 and 605-606 sections of the NOP, formulating tools, non-organic input compliance verification tools, and label compliance from farms to processors.

Part two will take place on November 6, 2018.
