Hungry to learn more about change and how to apply it successfully in your personal and professional life? Then let’s lean in together over lunch for an EPIC virtual workshop on leading in uncertain times. In 60 minutes, we will explore and learn to:

· Assess, communicate, and reflect on personal values.
· Identify and align personal, team, and organizational values.
· Conduct a values-based reflection teambuilding exercise.
· Implement and facilitate successful change using the ADKAR™ change model.
· Identify barriers that negatively influence the risk of adoption to change.

Participants should come prepared with one sentence about a behavior they would like to see a change in their own life or a work associate, friend or family member. Keep it simple. Our goal is to learn how to apply and implement successful change in our personal and professional lives. Registered participants will receive a downloadable workbook 48-hours prior to the workshop, or a journal will work too!
