This is recommended for those businesses that are just begining to engage in learning about the requirements for FSMA & for those small businesses that are considering taking the 2.5 day standardized FSMA Preventive Controls for Human Food training.

Overview of FSMA Preventive Controls for Human Foods rule
Become famililar with who is covered, who may be partially or fully exempt
Learn important implementation dates
This course will be taught by FIC instructors Dr. Jovana Kovacevic and Ms. Doretta Claycomb, who are also certified Lead Instructors for FSMA Preventive Controls curriculum.
