BACKGROUND: This session will review, in a group setting, the Business Model Canvas you prepared after taking WS 104 (Shortcut to a Business Plan: The Business Model).

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: People who have taken WS 104, who have prepared a draft Business Model Canvas based on that session, and who will value a peer review and commentary on their business model should attend. Note: Attendance is limited to 15 people to allow sufficient time for all to both provide commentary for others and get input on your own Business Model Canvas.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN: You will be provided with enough information and commentary on the key parts of your business model to allow you to proceed to subsequent iterations. In addition, you will get the benefit of seeing and hearing commentary on others’ models.
