Event Details

This course will provide opportunities for participants to enhance critical thinking skills related to food safety and HACCP systems. Emphasis will be focused on microbial food safety, understanding and evaluating flow diagrams, hazard analysis, validation, and verification.

Root Cause Analysis is a method of problem solving used for identifying the root causes of faults or problems. This is a requirement of GFSI schemes and provides long-term solutions to food safety and quality problems.
