As an early stage entrepreneur looking for the first round of funding, one of the most daunting tasks may be determining the valuation of your company and deciphering a term sheet. This workshop will arm you with the knowledge and tools you need to effectively negotiate with angel investors.

Naomi DernerNaomi Derner is the founder and managing director of Derner Valuation Consulting. Prior to 2008, she was a Vice President in the San Francisco office of Houlihan Lokey Howard and Zukin. Naomi holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and is a candidate member of the American Society of Appraisers.

 

Ernie Bootsma will lead an OEN workshop on valuationErnie Bootsma is a partner at Ater Wynne, where he represents start-up and growth stage businesses, as well as more mature companies. His practice encompasses the formation, financing, corporate governance, mergers and acquisition, intellectual property, and transactional fields.
