The OEN PubTalk™ is our flagship monthly happy hour — a perfect starting point for new community members and a great place for established members to make new connections. The program will be preceded by time for casual networking. Registration begins at 5:15 p.m.

Cost: $15 for OEN and Hillsboro Chamber members; $25 for non-members. We take walk-ins if space allows, but prices will be $20 for OEN members and $35 for non-members at the door – cash only. Snacks will be provided. Beverages will be available for purchase.

As CEO and co-founder of RFPIO, Ganesh Shankar’s mission is to help organizations thrive with revolutionary RFP software. A highly experienced product manager, Ganesh has successfully led product development and software implementations for Fortune 500 enterprises. It was at that time that, surrounded by an outdated approach to RFP responses, he decided to pursue his dream to create proposal management software that would make a positive impact on the industry. Under Ganesh’s leadership in 2016, RFPIO Inc raised a $1.5 million seed round from with Elevate Capital serving as the lead. Ryan Buchanan is CEO of eROI, a digital marketing agency of 110 creative professionals in Portland, which he founded to inspire and be inspired by partnering with great clients like Nike, Adobe, and Taco Bell. He is also co-founder of Emerging Leaders which is dedicated to improving racial and cultural diversity by providing internship, mentoring, and leadership development opportunities for professionals of color. Through Buchanan’s leadership, eROI was recognized as one of the Most Admired Companies in Oregon by a PBJ survey of 2,000 CEOs in the state. Cynthia Boman Thompson

Vice President of Client Relationships, Cinder

Cynthia Boman Thompson, MS, CFP® is a licensed Certified Financial Planner™, Vice President of Client Relationships for Cinder and serves as President-Elect on the Board of Directors for the Financial Planning Association of Oregon and SW Washington. She holds a Master’s of Science degree in Financial Planning from the College of Financial Planning as well as a B.S. in Business Administration from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado. Her career has included working as a Chief Financial Officer as well as supporting dozens of businesses in their financial and operational management in various consulting positions. She has presented seminars at local, national and international conferences and been quoted in publications such as Forbes, USA Today, CNBC, TheStreet, Yahoo Finance and Fiscal Times.
