Dan Ellis

Dan chaired Angel Oregon in 2014 and has been actively involved as an investor and mentor. He is a seasoned sales leader/executive with 30 years of experience in the medical device space worldwide. Dan is skilled at assembling high performing direct and distributor sales teams that deliver strong results on a consistent basis and has meaningful experience in leading change.

 

Workshop Moderator

Ryland Moore

Ryland has more than 16 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Arnerich Massena in 2012, he spent the previous 13 years in various roles focusing on the investment, development, acquisition, and divestiture of water, farm, ranch-land, and renewable energy assets on behalf of individual investors, private and public companies, private equity, and municipalities.

Steven Hull

For nearly two decades, Steven has helped public and private companies, investors and individuals achieve their strategic business goals in various types of sophisticated corporate transactions. He has extensive experience working on deals involving private equity firms, and he regularly represents investors and public and private companies in financing transactions and securities law matters.

Pam Horan

Pam is a Co-Founder of Horan MediaTech Advisors, a consulting and investment firm specializing in identifying and leveraging the technology that is transforming the business of media, advertising and commerce. Prior to Horan Mediatech Advisors, Pam was President of the Online Publishers Association (now known as Digital Content Next) from 2006-2014.

Matt Bryant

Matt joined Arnerich Massena in 2006 and has more than 11 years of experience in the financial industry. His primary responsibilities include researching and sourcing new investment managers and completing ongoing due diligence, with a focus on private markets, particularly private equity, private real estate, and hedge strategies.
