Clarence Belnavis

Partner, Fisher Phillips

Clarence is a trial attorney with a primary emphasis in employment litigation, including disability, racial and gender discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, and wrongful discharge. Clarence has been listed in Chambers USA, America’s Leading Business Lawyers since 2006 and The Best Lawyers in America since 2009. He has also been named one of Portland’s “Top 40 Under 40” by the Portland Business Journal, and he has been repeatedly recognized in Oregon Super Lawyers for his work in labor and employment law. He currently serves on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters, Columbia Northwest. In 2011, Clarence was honored as a “Convocation on Equality Champion” in recognition of the diversity work that he has been engaged in during his career.

Alex Wheatley

Associate, Fisher Phillips

Alex defends employers in employment-related administrative claims and lawsuits and has litigated several jury trials and argued numerous motions in both state and federal court. He also advises and provides training to company owners and supervisors on issues relating to workplace discrimination, family leave, wage and hour laws, and noncompetition, nonsoliciation, and nondisclosure agreements. Alex graduated from the University of Alabama and The Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College. He graduated magna cum laude from Lewis & Clark, where he received the Legal Analysis and Writing Honors Award and served on the Editorial Board of Environmental Law as the Editor for the online journal.

Lisa Vickery

Associate, Fisher Phillips

Lisa’s practice focuses on representing public and private sector employers in labor negotiations, labor arbitrations, and administrative hearings. Lisa has successfully litigated unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board and state labor boards. She also advises and provides training to employers on the interpretation of collective bargaining agreements and other labor matters.

Stephen Scott

Associate, Fisher Phillips

Stephen defends employers in employment-related administrative claims and lawsuits. He also advises and provides training to employers on issues relating to workplace discrimination, family leave, wage and hour laws, and noncompetition, nonsolicitation, and nondisclosure agreements. Stephen graduated from Willamette University and Willamette University College of Law. While in law school he had the opportunity to study at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany. During law school he served as the Editor and Chief of the Sports Law Journal and was awarded high paper in the class Legislation, Lobbyist, and the People. In his off time he races triathlons and duathlons. He will represent Team USA in the 2018 Duathlon World Championships.
