OEN Workshop Series: Recipe For Success—Starting and Scaling Your Food & Beverage Business

In this three-session series, you’ll learn what you need to know to position your food and beverage startup up for success—from raising money, to trademarking and branding your product, to complying with food safety regulations.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Select and protect a product and brand name
  • Create a marketing strategy with the highest ROI on your limited time and resources
  • Raise capital
  • Understand the regulatory framework governing food safety and labeling

Register for the entire series from this page (recommended!), or register for an individual session below. All sessions include lunch and take place at Davis Wright Tremaine (1300 SW Fifth Avenue, Suite 2400) from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Please note: We’ll be recording all three sessions, so you may participate in person or virtually. We encourage you to come in person if you can, as there will be more opportunity for interaction and networking (plus, lunch!). But if you’re not in the Portland area or your schedule doesn’t allow, please consider signing up for the virtual option.
