In this three-session series, you’ll learn what you need to know to position your food and beverage startup up for success—from raising money, to bringing your product to market, to making it stand out on supermarket shelves. Register for multiple sessions at right (recommended!), or register for an individual session below.
Session 1: Hungry for Capital? What You Need to Know Before Seeking Capital for your Food & Beverage Company
Your product is delicious. But is it worth an investor or lenders’ money? In this first session, lending experts and entrepreneurs will identify the challenges and upsides to raising capital for a food and beverage company, and the factors that distinguish food and beverage from other sectors.
This session took place on April 19, 2016.
Session 2: Look At Me! Merchandising and Marketing Your Product
Your product made it to the store. But will anyone find it? Will anyone buy it again? In the second session of our Food & Beverage workshop series, learn all about package design, store displays, in-store sampling, and other techniques to make your product leap off the shelves and into your customers’ carts.
This session took place on May 10, 2016.
Session 3: Sourcing, Pricing and Selling: Supply Chain and Distribution Fundamentals
You got investors for your product. But how will you bring it to market? This final session will feature industry leaders and advisors who will cover supply chain, distribution logistics and product pricing strategy.
