Attorney, Davis Wright Tremaine
Alli concentrates her practice on legal, regulatory, business, and policy issues facing the food, beverage, and restaurant industries. She recently completed a fellowship at Harvard Law School’s Food Law and Policy Clinic, the first clinic of its kind in the nation, where she provided legal and policy counsel to nonprofits and government agencies seeking to increase access to healthy foods and assist producers in accessing local and regional markets.

Lauren Johnson
Attorney, Davis Wright Tremaine
Lauren focuses her practice on commercial real estate and land use matters. She represents clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, and negotiating and documentation of lease agreements for landlord and tenants spanning a range of properties including offices, restaurants, medical offices, vineyards, and residential.
