Interested in learning more about angel investing? This workshop, part of a three-part series for beginning investors, will provide an overview of the trends, impacts, and outcomes of angel investing, including how to minimize risk and how to get started as part of OEN’s Angel Oregon 2017 Program.

Neil Nathanson

Neil Nathanson, a startup lawyer in Perkins Coie’s Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice, advises some of the region’s hottest startup companies in venture, angel, crowdfunding and other private and public equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and corporate governance. He served as Chair of OEN’s Angel Oregon Program in 2014.
