Step One - The Questionnaire
Please complete the following questions and click "Submit" when finished. For the document upload, we encourage you to provide as complete a business plan as possible, which would include:
- Executive Summary
- Company Description
- Product or Service Description
- Market Identity & Market Goals
- Sales & Promotion Description
- Current Financial Information & Funding Request (if you are seeking financing)
Once received, an OEN representative will contact you in 1-2 business days.
Step Two - The Payment
A $100 fee covers all expenses for OEN members; a $199 fee is required for non-members. You will receive an electronic invoice from OEN shortly after submitting the online questionnaire.
Step Three - The Review
Upon receipt of your Business Plan and fee, OEN will assemble a team of professional strategists specializing in areas relevant to emerging businesses. All information submitted for the evaluation procedure will remain confidential.
Step Four - The Critique
Following the review, a meeting will be arranged between you, your company representatives and our panel of experts. Topics will focus on your company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats as perceived by the panelists. The panel will also offer recommendations to help you successfully meet the challenges ahead. The review focuses on your executive summary, with the review team members providing additional comments on those parts of your plan corresponding to their individual areas of expertise. Be ready to take notes so you can capture all of the valuable feedback.
