The OEN 2010 Executive Series provides entrepreneurial executives a refresher course on five elements critical to the success of any business, including:

Marketing your Company Successfully to Potential Stakeholders
Developing a Sales Process

This five-week educational series is designed to offer entrepreneurs access to industry professionals via interactive and engaging sessions. Space is limited to the first 20 attendees to register. Seasoned industry professionals will conduct a two-hour session focused on a specific topic (see above). The session will include a prepared presentation on the topic, with plenty of time set aside for interaction between the attendees.

Greg will present the various financial statements that report historical numbers and those that provide a report card for where the company has been and where it forecasts to be.

Selecting the Correct Legal Entity for your Company

Brent Bullock, Partner with Perkins Coie

Brent will discuss the options for forming an organization, capitalization tables for tracking who owns the assets, and key aspects to consider when structuring a deal.

Human Resources Legal Compliance

Marketing your Company Successfully to Potential Stakeholders

Dave will lead an energetic discussion on proven marketing strategies, including developing an elevator pitch on your company.

Developing Your Sales Process

Andrew will discuss how to select optimal target markets, how to best position your product or service and what channel(s) you should use to promote or sell your product or service.
