Facilitator Bio
Nitin Khanna, CEO, MergerTech, a boutique investment bank that facilitates mergers and acquisitions for technology companies with less than $100MM in revenue. Prior to MergerTech, Nitin was the founder, Chairman and CEO of Saber Corp. a Portland based national firm focused on providing technology solutions to government clients. Nitin started Saber in July 1998 and grew it to $120MM in revenues by 2007. The company was sold to EDS in December 2007 for $460MM. Currently he is very active in the Portland tech entrepreneurial community as an advisor, investor, mentor, and teacher.
