A: Hively is the simplest way to gather customer feedback, measure team performance and reward employees.

A: Simplifies customer feedback collection and improves customer engagement.

Q: How did you come up with this business idea?
A: We’ve worked with businesses across the nation for over a decade that have a high dependency on delivery excellent customer service. Most of them don’t have a good means of tracking their customer happiness or engagement.

A: Marketing

Q: What are your goals for the company?
A: To make our customers happy and have Hively improve their businesses and customer engagement. To be an example of a successful Portland tech start up.

A: No.

A: Accelerate our growth when have focused on the exact market opportunity we want to pursue.

A: How amazing it feels to go from concept to working product with happy customers.

A: Get as far as you can on your own without funding.
