The OEN Angel Oregon 2010, LLC will be comprised of new and veteran angel investors who collaborate with multiple objectives:

* Identify and invest in promising early stage companies, tapping the collective expertise and contacts of the group
* Build momentum for funding of early stage Northwest companies
For investors, the OEN Angel Oregon LLC offers an eight-week investment process which is designed to encourage effective decision-making, relationship building, and hands-on learning. For companies, the OEN Angel Oregon, LLC Investors provide feedback and guidance related to fundraising. The net result is a carefully screened and prepared group of companies. This makes OEN’s Angel Oregon the premier venue for matching the brightest entrepreneurs in Oregon and Southwest Washington with accredited angel investors.
The OEN Angel Oregon 2010, LLC is a structured, investor-driven angel fund comprised of accredited investors. It operates independently of, but in close collaboration with OEN, which does not have a financial interest in the OEN Angel Oregon 2010, LLC.
The OEN Angel Oregon 2010, LLC Investor meetings will take place Wednesdays from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the offices of Lane Powell (601 SW 2nd Ave, Suite 2100, Portland, OR) from January 6 through March 3.
